latest LO/ última pagina hecha

With this LO I did two things that I hardly never do: use black cardstock and have an embellishment that does not completely match (the pink clip I used out of whim and fighting my matchy-matchy impulses). I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone and try something different as it always amazes me to see people use products I would not even consider buying and turning them into something beautiful. So I'm kind of pushing my boundaries here and I must admit it makes me really nervous.
Anyhoo, these people are my husband and in-laws, some of the most exceptional people I know, the photo was taken by me.

Con esta página hice dos cosas que nunca hago: usar cartulina negra y un adorno que no combina del todo (el clip rosado que usé de puro capricho y en franca contradicción con mis impulsos de que todo combine a la perfección). Estoy tratando de salir de mi zona de comfort y tratar algo diferente ya que me sorprende tanto ver que algunas personas usan productos que yo no consideraría comprar siquiera y hacerlo algo hermoso. Así que un poquito estoy cruzando mis fronteras y debo admitir que eso me pone realmente nerviosa.

a public apology to my husband and photoshoped pic/ disculpa pública a mi esposo y una foto editada en Photoshop

Being a self proclaimed Photoshop retarded I kept giving my husband a hard time over his watching Photoshop podcasts all the time. Last night I decided to watch one with him and all of a sudden I'm caught up, Photoshop is awesome (and I am, most likely, the last person on earth to realize that).

Anyhoo, I was able to turn this photo:

Siendo una auto proclamada retardada de Photoshop, yo solía hacerle las cosas un poco dificil a mi esposo por querer ver podcasts de Photoshop todo el tiempo. Anoche decidí ver uno con el y debo decir que he caido en la red. Photoshop es fantastico (y yo soy, muy seguramente, la última persona en el mundo en darme cuenta).

I know it is not the best photoshop job ever, but the difference is still pretty big, I had never done this before, and if I did it, believe me, anyone can.

Ya se que no es el mejor trabajo de la historia, pero la diferencia es bien notoria, yo nunca lo había hecho y si yo pude, creeme, cualquiera puede.

latest LO/ layout mas reciente

This is what came up using the photos I posted before. As you can see I gave up and didn't use the lace cardstock at all. I needed something more masculine and used these papers by Basic Grey, the funny thing is that they are supposed to be christmas papers but they don't look anything like it on this page. Guess it is a matter of how you use it.

Este es el resultado de las fotos que había publicado antes, como pueden ver me rendí y no use el lace cardstock en lo absoluto, necesitaba algo mas masculino y terminé por usar estos papeles de Basic Grey, lo gracioso es que se supone que estos papeles son de navidad pero no lo parecen en para nada en la página,me imagino que todo es cuestión de como se usen las cosas.
